Poor plant

Oh this poor plant. I can't remember the name of it. I purchased it from a charity shop last year when, believe it or not it looked way sicker than it does now. I re-potted it and fed it and kept it in my greenhouse as I was told it's a 'house plant'. It grew very quickly and as it took up too much room I 'bunged' it outside on the patio when our weather warmed up in the Spring. Any way, I've neglected but besides that it has a beautiful flower!
